The White Horse Coaching Inn Bury St Edmunds is a Family run independent Hotel and Restaurant in Bury St Edmunds. An historic building with parts of it dating back 500 years. It was built to give rest food and drink to weary travellers on the Newmarket Road. It is ideally located on a two mile returning access to and from junction 41 off the A14 near Bury St Edmunds.

The Hotel in Bury St Edmunds serves a delicious plated roast open to the public every Sunday lunchtime. This is becoming more and more popular and is now regarded as one of the best in the area.
 
During the cold months you will find a cosy bar warmed by open fires where you can enjoy a drink from our selection of real ales, wines and spirits or even a warming glass of mulled wine. The White Horse Coaching Inn also offers a well equipped games room with pool table, dartboard and board games. In summer you can relax in the large family garden where, for the children we have a bouncy castle and for the adults, an outside cocktail bar.

Our restaurant serves a carefully prepared Menu offering a combination of traditional and exciting flavours, with seasonal ingredients thoughtfully chosen and sourced from local growers and suppliers.
